What is Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing is as much a philosophy as it is a technique. It is a stress-free method of  birthing that is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world in an atmosphere of gentility, calm and joy.

Through a planned hypnobirthing program of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, special breathing techniques, visualisation, affirmations and education the birthing process may be easier with a potential reduction in pain during labour.

This program properly prepares mothers physically, mentally and emotionally for birthing ensuring a more comfortable and positive birthing experience.
